I've made the Serving the Mentally Ill Living On Our Streets thread sticky at the top of Operating Principles and Practices board for the next few weeks or so, to facilitate discussion of the eponymous article in question.  As mentioned in a recent post on the thread, the article is available to interested parties, and Annie McQuade will take part in the conversation as it unfolds.  :)
