Grey Just testing URLs in the grapevine. This link will take you to Pelle's blog: http://is.gd/ixdm (I want to see if this gets converted to a link or if you have to copy and paste it.) (9 months ago)

Grey Oof! Just saw this now, Siona.... Yeah, flutters I think it was... no, "flaps", but I don't like it much. "Flutter" was the name to replace "Grapevine". Anyway, I just used "tweets" here because it's more readily recognizable. :) (9 months ago)

Hello Hello

Hello, my name is Dathane. I have been a member of Integral Institute for about 4 months and I think it Integral Theory is an innovative epistemology. I read three of Wibur's works and I am working on the fourth. However, like any theory, it must be critiqued and I have been reading discourses by Marks Edwards and Jeff Meyershoff concerning the flaws of Integral Theory. That being said, with its flaws, Integral Theory is still a revolution of thought.

I want to apply AQAL to corporate culture researching, critiquing and incorporating Brian Robertson's Holacracy into a comprehensive framework which includes innovative corporate wellness and cultural studies, as well as other business methodologies such as Six Sigma. My interest is in business transformation through synergy of all these approaches; a comprehensive approach towards business change.

Welcome to the pod, Dathane.

I'm not at a level of knowledge or perspicacity where I can make sense of flaws of integral theory; it's a map, a lens, that works well for my purposes at this time.  These days I'm more interested in application.  But there's a place for critique for sure.  :)

Corporate culture…are you familiar with the work of Fred Kofman?

spiral out,
