The Integral Pod (formerly I-I+Zaadz, or IIZ) is a discussion group (a.k.a. “pod”) for enthusiasts of the work of Ken Wilber and other proponents of integral thought. Our aim here is to provide a “We-space” for broad discussion of second-tier living, loving and learning. Please read our vision and guidelines – the ...(more)Integral Pod Transformative Practice (IPTP) – carefully, as they express our intention for community members to seek to communicate from our Highest Selves as much as possible. You may also like to read our Welcome to new members either before or after you join.
How does Integral consciousness affect your everyday life, your everyday interactions? This is also the place to discuss practices and ILP. [AQAL focus: upper-right (UR), individual/exterior, integral behavior]

GreyJust testing URLs in the grapevine. This link will take you to Pelle's blog: http://is.gd/ixdm (I want to see if this gets converted to a link or if you have to copy and paste it.)(10 months ago)
GreyOof! Just saw this now, Siona.... Yeah, flutters I think it was... no, "flaps", but I don't like it much. "Flutter" was the name to replace "Grapevine". Anyway, I just used "tweets" here because it's more readily recognizable. :)(11 months ago)
Any integral alchemists out there? I'm just wondering what people do to supplement their ILP. I'm not trying to pry into anyone's health issues, though feel free to discuss that if you like; I'm basically wondering what people supplement and experiment with to enhance and improve.
I read yr post here and the first thing I thought of was John Rowan's excellent book “Healing the Male Archetype” which uses alchemical imagery to describe the therapeutic process.
But this isn't really what you wanna discuss….
I do lots of little augmenting ILP subroutines….one is to use Julia Cameron's notion of free-associating onto paper once a day in the morning to free up the creative daemon…I modify this and spew out a morning Gaia QAR blog at high speed correcting only the spelling errors afterwards….when I look at these blogs in the evening after work…and the comments folk make…there's a sense of having moved on and away from the original blog which reinforces the notion of gross impermanence for me…the other thing is examining my narcissistic inner responses to the nice stuff folks say….noticing the subtle impermanence…
yes, there certainly is a rapid movement away from the original question or any fixed point in time or space in those blog discussions, jon. How was the RAM weekend by the way?
