Hi Vivian: His dissertation is 12 MB and I have had trouble e-mailing it to people. I do not know how to post a large file here. Also, not sure it is ethical for me to do that here (but I don't really know). I think perhaps what I'll do is let Mark know that folks are interested in his work, and would he like to join the pod…then people can approach him directly rather than me being a go-between… Cheers, Durwin
