Breakfast ideas

Breakfast, the cornerstone of any good diet … and I'm all out of ideas!

So far I'm having, in order to get a good start to the day with protein, 4 eggs whites with 2 yokes in some form of omlette (tomatoes or cheese mainly) with some bread to give a carb base.

However this can get so unappealing really quick and some mornings I'm just not able to stomach it.  I end of having something very light or completely lacking in protein and feel it the rest of the day.

What other breakfast options are there that are a GOOD source of protein?
