Wraps

Steph [no longer around] said Nov 4, 2008, 7:40 PM:

Here's one i made last night:

4 large Kale leaves
1 Avocado
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 small red onion
Small knob of ginger
Small garlic clove
Decent sized bunch of Corriander/Cilantro
Half tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Mushroom Soya Sauce

Wash your leaves, mash avocado to a pulp, finely chop all other ingredients.

Add EV Oil and Soya sauce to avocado and mix.

Spoon avocado onto each leaf followed by tomatoe, garlic, onion, ginger and corriander, then…..roll, eat with your hands and enjoy.

Thanks Steph!

I am not a fan of Cilantro, I would like to be and keep trying to but no such luck!

BUT…I love the thought of mixing oil and sauce with avocado…and this is another great new wrap idea. I am quickly tiring of pita's and breads etc…
