Dude… that is not a tofu turkey. I have made one, and it doesn't look like a turkey. It looks more like ham. It tastes like turkey, though. I don't plan to ever make one again, even though it was a hit with the meat-eaters. It models eating turkey as much as it models veganism, which isn't cool. I ended up having to listen to a story of how much this guy loves his mother's delicious turkey.

Okay…I know I am the new kid on the block here…but this might be my limit…really…tofu turkey…?

I can do the tofu everything else, almost… but turkey?

I will opt for the lasagna for holiday feasting!

Has anyone done this one? What is it like and how do guests take it in?

Anyone…?

I have not seen it in my local markets but I don't think I looked either…lol!

Dear Denim~

Yes, it is true, Tofu Turkey is for real—and it really is delicious too! As well, it makes for a great conversation piece and plenty of laughs. It is kind of silly cus it is shaped like mini drumsticks. But some people need that meat-like familiarity and that's cool—whatever it tkaes for a more humane world. But do try it and let us know what ya think! It is an amazing product.

Happy tofu adventures to you!

love,
mary
