Hi I'm liz and I became a veggie about a year ago.
I mean a serious one. I had given up red meat twenty years ago.
Being veggie has improved my heath 100%. I have lost 123 pounds to date, my blood pressure and blood sugar leavels have gone waaaaaaaaaaaaay down and I have more energy than I know what to do with. Of corse T'ai Chi and yoga help too.
I am also celebrating one year of being soda free.
Big differnce, let me tell you!!!
