Here is some tools I like to use:
1. Afirm; Ever lasting satisfaction is for when we are done. For now, view unsatisfaction as “I like! fun!”

2. I put my attention in the totality of my being. giving what I feel subtile just as much atention as what is perceved as central and strong…

3. Detatched! I cant quite find the words for it… detatched for some reason makes me feel very intimet and respons-able with the moment…. What dose it mean to be detatched? I feel there is an amazing deaph to that sound! key vibration, inspired by D E T A ch E D =)

4. I bow to the one. Purely Including all. I am humility incarnet (in a manner of speaking=).

fascinating thread starter… gratitude is very important - I rely on shirl's group the Gratitude Chain to focus daily gratitude with my friends there as a base and go out from there.

My tool for today:
Mind is like a dog that wants nothing more then it´s masters attention… The Mind will dominate (be the stand in master) of the unaware heart/sole… The mind will work as a guard dog and bring what it feels the master is asking for without words… The master comunicates with will and intention. The mind is voice and presenter of choise… When mind knows it´s place the mind becomes a portal of grace…

My tool for today:
Everything fundamentaly loves everything, ergo, everybody loves me and I love everybody. This is not a choice… Just the way things are… Our choice is if we acnowlage the Love that is there, or if we distort it with fear… You love me, I love you, and there is absolutly nothing we can do about it! What I cant promise, is to love what you do. When our doing is a product of our being and not the other way around, the transformation in the world will be profound!

Pure attention, is my main key, in free

Staying within what it is pointing too. Having *it* forever replenish you…

What naturally comes all around when we step out of ignorance and embrace the truth of what is… All you need is attention and a humble openness to receive; being portal of inspired grace…

There are no sounds to belive… Silence is truth speaking, sound is the shadow byproduct of silence… Retrace the vibration, come close and cozy to the silent source of creation… The shadows are signs that are designed too help us achieve: if we carry enough attention and are ready to receive… The right questioning attitude will bring you out of concept thinking… Take you step by step, too universal linking…

Words are nice the least to say…. I never take them to serious, I simply play. Your actions speak so loud that I cant hear what you saying… The truth is silently ringing… Casting words as shadows of it´s silent singing… Trusting silent intuition is key, as our universal meditation is coming to unity…

faithfulness is vital to integrity and trust. When we commit to someone and love that person, a break in faithfulness on either side can  be a very difficult thing to overcome.

But must it be a striving? Is it not a natural and graceful outflow of love and commitment?

indeed =) I belive it is the same with our innate commitment with this “Now”… I just recently realized that I can relate my commitment with Now, the same way I have committed to my fiance… it helps to bring me in to the moment ever more =)

Ah =) Back from a 1 week stay in sunny and warm Gran Canaria…
My tool of the day, a story, a play:
I was strolling down the beach, enjoying total.. attention in the air, the sweet sun and the rolling waves of the ocean…
My attention shifts… i sit down in the sand… Listen… Use some power questions to still mind:
Dose this expand self?

Hmm… I guess that Love is at the center of my tool box, then humility perhaps, which gives me a strength that is the rock I stand upon. Patience and understanding form the Light that allows me to see into the darkness, illuminating ignorance as a fiery candle leads the way through the path that lies ahead. Courage is my shield, protecting my sensitive soul from the pain all around. My sword is nothingness, because it does not exist, and because I need no weapons for the battles I refuse to fight. My sacred talisman is divinity, the magical amulet which resides within my innermost being and connects me to all of Life, intertwined with the whole of the universe.

ShadowFlame, how I resonate with this post, though I do struggle with humility in my personal life, and patience. I know how vital these qualities are, with Love, understanding, courage, nothingness and divinity.
