The act of trying to extract, makes us contract.
I say “trying” as it is not possible to extract anything from this world.
the would be act of extraction is the main couse of confusion, frustration, depresion and straying from your harmonicly flowing choise point of now.
The would be act of extraction, putts you in a inner depowering state of habital reaction instead of inner creative action.
Basicly there is nothing you need to do…
Just observe your flow from the the inner authentic you…
Spontaniously bring the light of consciousness in too: *everything* in the moment and lett your self be free
of trying to extract *me happy*

You described that beautifully Raz.  I could feel the effort with ”trying to extract.”  I love the shift and the relaxing into knowing there is nothing I need to do… Feeling of peace with bringing the light of consciousness into everything.  Thank you!
