Hi Nicola - I may have got a little carried away with the crooning bit, although I would just love to hear earth mother's gentle, rich voice - maybe just for a moment !

Sweet scented leaf
I watch as you plunge and swoop downwards
Earth mother catches your limp body
Caressing it, greeting it, cradling it
Against it's own crumbling earthen skin

Leaves damp with colour lie fragrantly resting
Hues of cherry and amber bring light to our darkened days
Leaf bodies resting, stacked one against the other in abandonment
Autumn is a time for surrender

Earth speaks its soothing melody
You are mine she croones
Surrender to me, rest here for a while
Whisper your faded dreams in my gnarled old ears
I have all the time in the world

Oh, peaceful rest
Oh, perfect bliss
I am here, I am here
Solid, wholesome, protective earth
I bless you

I blink in wonderment
I am home at last...

Lord, May there always
Be trees
With beatiful leaves

That, before to their
Graves of dirt
Scatter leisurly down
In a final Transformation

As they ride the wind
Dancing, in a spiral
Rush of ablaze to amaze

I gazed into one that
Landed on my lap
I saw the look of sweet surrender

The leaf told me
There is only Life

oh morning present,

give thanks..

to the ladder you climb

when one verse is sung

you need another to rhyme

seeking forever

to reach the peak

you can never

you only get a peek

the ladder

has no ending

sooner or later

it's all depending

on what you decide

each choice is a mountain

a most exhilarating ride

the free-fall full of shouting

rising back on hope

the great anticipate

the loopty-loop after the slope

the roller coaster of life is great

circles of cosmic unity
continually blend

Earth life resurrection
divine recollection
heart open
eternal floating

Building earthly rainbows
arriving through open doorways
no denying ancient connections

Holy trinity
defining infinity
drumming into
shamanic "dreamtime"

Circles of stars outlining Mars
Venus sings her song of majesty
given and gifted from above
many, many seasons of unity and of love

pay attention to now...concentrate

teach the children well...educate

forget about competition...cooperate

be like jesus and buddha..emulate

no judgment and no guilt...eradicate

open peoples' minds...fascinate

seek to be of service...facilitate

if any you meet are sick...invigorate

fourth density draws near...graduate

break out of the matrix...liberate

keep paying it forward...perpetuate

make a new choice...recreate

anything is possible...potentiate
