The Good Breath

Exhale the exhalation, slowly,
Fully through mouth
Pause, then inhale slowly
Through nose, till lungs are full

Pause for four seconds
Then gently exhale through mouth
Till lungs are empty
Savor the moment, ecstatic
Repeat

The breath means "Espiritus" in Latin
"Inspired" means "In The Spirit"
Find your "Perfect Breath"
And be "In The Spirit"

Where all inspirations are possible
As God meets self
And self meets God

Give yourself a big hug

One of my favorite gifts
In God's eclectic garden
Is The Stately Oak

Oh Oak
How many voices have you heard?
And how many secrets rest assured?
In years of longevity
On your strong arms have rest many the birds

Your beauty transcends all architecture
Your leaves come & go
In the cycle of life
Again they come
Again they go
Like myriads of lifetimes

But in contemplation
I see a being that defies flux
Like a giant Bohdisatva
Etched in your strength, such tenderness

Oh Sacred Oak that just keeps on giving
Oh Sacred Oak, please just keep on living!
