The Mist

As I bow down on my knees
I am closer to the death of my lenses
I am closer to the truth of my entity
I see with perfect vision, clarity of thought

I see how my mind works
And how my ego tricks me into believing I am of greatness
without the help of the true enlightened one
the intelligence of the universe within

I take my life for granted, take it to its toll
I take it all the way to the boundaries of my own perception
There must be a place where truth and lies meet
and they discuss their next move
Heaven and hell can only be states of mind

It has been a long road and might I mention not a very easy one
But I never take for granted the fact that I am alive
the fact that I breathe every moment of my day

Take me then to a place unknown
where I will discover the flowers of life all over again
and be refreshed anew without chains
without boundaries, without restraints
Take me to bliss and kiss me there in the mist my friend
kiss me there

that  is absolutely marvalous, ……i can imagine 'KI' must have gone thru a nice experience while creating such a nice piece….. i really enjoyed it!
