Joy is not what you think it is! Be as a child, in innocence, behold the Beloved. Rapturous simplicity, revealed in the fabric of the ordinary, everyday life. Being, not doing. Doing, for no other purpose than the moment. Joy is flower. Open, it reveals many layers intertwined. Look, touch, taste, smell. Joy is everywhere! You must only receive it.

I also believe that Joy is really NOT ~~what we think~~, but what we ARE. And its manifestations are as wonderful, as beautiful and as simple as life itself…

And here are two more examples - a quote coming from PlayfulSpirit and a lovely 1 minute video from Xrisham, that really embodies what pure joy is all about - the spontaneity of a child - so delightful and so contagious esp. when caused by a good deed such as this one… Thank you Trish and Graeme!
