just noticed, milling through the rock room, that coolmel is including images in his posts [“img xsrc=” links] ahead of  “Never fear… Image integration is coming soon” functionality here a zaadz.

i can pull an “a href” out of my hat, but other simply link codes … DOH!

attempting to decipher the code via “view page source,” but also wonder, c-man, are you composing your comments in some editor/creator other than the “comment box” we have here?  do you code “on the fly?”

also wondering about the ramifications of letting this cat out of the bag.  does zaadz yet have the bandwidth for the coming “img src” onslaught?

bro, you don't need to decipher any code. just go to Amazon. find your book or go to your Wishlist. select (highlight) it the book and the title, then do a cut (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V). there. just remember to keep it in moderation… cool?!

still, if it works for amazon thumbnails, can i post a picture of my dog or my uncle joe from my ftp?

can't insert an image in my zaadz blog to save my soul.  is the option simply “blocked” here at zaadz?  lots of pretty pictures in the rock room posts – pretty images everywhere.  but i have not been able to squeeze one into my blog whatever i've tried.

could someone post the magic formula here?

i don't want the image to link to any location.  i just want to post one, drawn from my zaadz “photos” file, in a blog entry.

matthew's bodhi blogging post did the trick.  had to switch from netscape browser to internet explorer to get his instructions to work.  but it works!  yea team!
