Hello friends - It is a good day

Im happy to be here again, just getting back from Rosebud the night before last. It was a long, hard, hot summer but filled with good ceremony and happenings. I will be building a sweat (but just as a steamer, no calling) out here in Western NY. We have a small group here, and we'll be practising singing (mostly Sundance songs) and some craft work. Always fixing and making new things for the powwow regalia and playing my flute.

I'm glad to be back so we can get close, finally.
