Hello, I am Lynn-Nature Lover and I created this pod to help myself as well as others try to cope with and understand sleeping disorders. I have Insomnia and have tried all kinds of sleep aids but to no avail. I find that when I talk to others about it, it lessens the burden I feel and I know I am not alone. I know there are other sleep disorders that people can suffer from and they are welcome to be discussed here as well. We can all share our feelings and advice that we find in our hearts to express. Relaxation techniques, Deep breathing exercises, etc. What has worked for you? |

Hi, as many people know here, I don't sleep much lol and spend a lot of my waking time on Gaia. I don't tend to see insomnia as a problem anymore. If I am awake, and realise I am not going to fall asleep again, I use my BlackBerry or computer and go back to bed if I have time and feel sleepy. |

It is funny, I will do the same and open up my laptop and type away and eventually I get really sleepy, but when I go back and get into bed…I am wide awake. It is like my body is playing tricks on me. I love to write and so I find it comforting to keep a journal or type online in blogs and such. |
