Hi all, I'm glad to be a part of this new website. I recently saw a post to have gay spirituality dating events and can happily say that I have been putting social events together in the Los Angeles area with spirituality in mind. This weekend we have a new one in addition to our Yoga and Yogurt, and One Key Away Dating events. The new one is called Mind, Body, and Soul. Here are the details. I will totally agree with what you speak of as I have seen the power of the spoken word work for me. I have a terrific example of this.

One day I went to visit some friends at a club who were visiting from out of town. They asked me how I had gotten to the club.My reply was that I rode my bike. One friend asked

"what kind of bike do you have"? My reply was, A piece of crap bike, the kind that can get stolden and you don't care. We had a drink and decided to go to a friends house. I was asked if I wanted a ride. I said that I would meet them there, they got into their car and left. I walked to where I had parked my bike and it was gone. " I laughed" and walked to my friends house. When my friends arrived, they asked me where my bike was. I said, you're not gonna believe this, but it was stolden. My friend Melissa said Oh Tim, thats terrible. What are you going to do?

I replied, First of all, I'm gonna bless my bike with love, because whom ever took it needed it more than me. Second, I will be open to whatever the universe gives me.
You know, that the very next day I received a call from a friend who found a bike in his back-yard. He gave it to me. As I was riding the bike to work, I saw another bike in a garbage can. I said to myself, well I already have this bike, I don't really need that one. That night I dreamt of going to the trash and getting the bike. When I woke up the next day, I decided to get the bike from the trash. I was grateful that I did, because this bike was better and easier to ride. Anyway, about a month went by. On Christmas morning I opened the shades in my bedroom and saw another bike in the dumpster behind my house. I went outside and pulled out of the trash a GT altera. A bike worth over a thousand dollars. I rode it everday for the next 5 years.

I believe that my positive attitute brought those bike to me. I have seen this happen hundreds of times in my life. Both good and bad aspects. The universe is always listening. It pays to stay positive. Where mind goes, energy flows. and we are all creators, creating the created.

This group discusses the law of attraction. In the description I have said if you post something please make it positive. If it is negative please send it to me and I would be happy to listen

So here is what I have learned
What you think
and what you feel
and what manifests
is always a match.

Now I put this out there because I feel that looking for the postive solution in each situation and what is positive brings about the happyness that we desire. So if my car stops running instead of focusing on the fact that it is not running I focus on the solution to get it running and then those things will line up to bring about my positive solution.

This is the exact reason why I ask for this and apologize if something is posted that is removed because of it.
