Inner Deamons

Coming out can be one of the most liberating experiences in ones life, and also it has the potential of being very scary and uncomfortable. My own coming out hasn't been too bad at all. My parents accepted who I am, even though from time to time I am still asked if this is just a phase or not. I learn every day how to deal with who I am. There are positive emotions and thoughts that I associate with being gay, as well as negative ones.  I sometimes find it hard to be completely open about my sexuality with people that are not very open minded. Some parts of me are still not 100% ok with being gay…Being an only child in the family is a bit tough sometimes, since from childhood I have been told that marrying a woman and having kids is the most important thing in life. Life is an interesting process. Every day I work on myself and on my perception of the world. My partner helps me a lot in discovering who I am. I am very lucky to have him at my side. With this Pod I hope to help myself grow, and in doing that to help others grow with me.

Hi. I, too, hope to use this pod as part of my journey … so far I’ve been using a variety of pods here on zaadz…hope more people start joining in on this pod - I’m sure there are a lot out there that would find it helpful.
