For me
Tantra is about tune-ing in to the everything that is

Zen is more tune-ing my into the the nothing that is.

Tantra = A felt sense of being one-with-all-that-is in ecstatic bliss of cosmic “orgasm” -unity.

Zen = The realization that profound unity exists in-the-moment without Ego -no mind.

Both teach surrender and letting go of ego, relaxing into being completely present in the moment and opening to the divine before us.
