The Zen of Belly-Laughing

Is there more important spiritual practice than a laugh that comes from through us from the cosmos?

I think I hear the stars laughing as I type, actually.

I find these days , laughing happens alot…

more than crying (there was a time of lots of crying)….

crying is good too, though, and if someone needs to cry, i'll be with them and hold thier hand….

and i won't laugh at them….

maybe we'll both laugh about it later , together…
