There is something powerful beyond words when witnessing another human being expressing themselves in a completely open way. Flowing with uninhibited self honesty. Simply stating their true experience as it occurs free from the bounds and fears generated by false ideas and habitual thought forms.

It is truly beautiful and liberating even just to be the quiet observer of such an event.  It feels as though energy that has been 'stuck' is released, not only from the one expressing, but from anyone observing. Especially when in a state of openness and unconditional love.

It is in these moments that make this whole 'game of life' worthwhile:)

So, when you're chattering away to yourself, talking your way out of a good thing for this reason and the other. Put the chatter to oneside and BE as unconditionally honest as you can allow yourself to be. It is not only beautiful, it is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself and all pesent. Whether that be literaly - same location - or virtualy - on tv, web, and such.
