Theres alot of thoughts that ive hurdled in life that change my perspective sometimes i forget to relate the results...
for starters those people what say they trust no one...look deeper and realize what trust it takes to eat food (unless ur a hunter gather) and drive (unless alone in da middle a nowere), those who feel alone and are to scared to say it, cant u see how many others are alone 2, fearing what, ur not good enough, when it comes down to it that is a major world problem being proliferated by the path we have democratically chosen.
A path to destruction we have decided upon, in fearing revealing problems and pain and displaying only socially acceptable dramas as money assholes and bitches, we ignore far to much the true drama of life. We run out of time and die, as we accelerate the death of generations to come. For lies that we try to convince our selves of,....i dont trust any body, bullshit, think before you speak. Untill you can become as true to yourself as to all you meet, i heard a man say,
"the less you lie, the less you have to remember."
when you live so, you can admit to any action even without it memory,
trust is not to be given easily, but is necessary to live together,
basically the same as those what say they are self reliant, u r if u make all ur own clothes and thread, and refine ur own gas, broadcast ur own tv, and generate ur own power and are a doctor and a dentist and a architect and as strong as a crane. If ur not den again think b4 u speak...
Its all about being honest and inspiring others 2 b 2...
all ways a student, sumtimes a teacher...

Sounding an "AH" for planetary peace!

WHAT: World Sound Healing Day-The Sound Heard Around the World. For five minutes, sound healers, meditators, peace activists and lovers of all humanity and sentient consciousness will send a Sonic Valentine to the Earth with the heartsound "AH" filled with the intention of Peace and Love! WHEN: February 14, 2007, join Jonathan Goldman, the Sound Healers Association and thousands of people throughout the planet as they tone an "AH" together for five minutes during that day, projecting the energy of Light & Love throughout the Planet. You will actually experience generating a field of transformational energy as this occurs. Any time on February 14^th that you feel guided to sound for Planetary Peace is a good time! In addition, local toning groups will be occurring throughout the Earth at various times during that day with the intention of assisting planetary consciousness through sound. * i love skiiing in Zermatt (Switzerland)

* love Venice...

* Milano is cool for shopping and to see that Opera house and da vinci's last supper original painting on the church wall...

* Salzburg i also LOVE cuz i m CRAZY about Mozart and his house is there.. and i also LOVE Mozart kuglen (chocolades) but u can get them pretty much anywhere in Europe...

* Geneve is cute but boring... meaning u can see it all in like half a day and thats it... well maybe a day...

* Vienna.. i don't know.... kind of boring also after Paris....

* now Poland has an interesting salt mine... in Wieliczka next to Krakow (well Auschwitz is also close by) anyway this salt mine has underneat all stalagmites and stalagtites from salt and also a church inside built from salt and they also have a tennis court and a hospital... cuz that yod i guess from salt is good for some kind of healing... what ever.. but its interesting)....

* now England i LOVE Cambridge and small river and boats with every college but Oxford is too big.. i m not feeling it at all... now London is London.. what can i say... but i LOVE New York much better so don't care a lot about London...

* Luxemburg is fun cuz it really has all these banks just packed all next to each other... the whole city...

* Amsterdam is interesting cuz of canals also and the house of Anne Frank is cool and Van Goghs Museum... didn't go to Rembrant...

* Scandinavia.. i don't know... Stockholm is just another city so i wouldn't go all the way to north for that.... winters r interesting cuz of so much snow and endless foresst... but the time night and day may be interesting to see in the summer as its like no night....

* Belgrade has a charm like New York and cool Kalemegdan Fortress

* Croatia has really cool Adriatic Sea if u feel to see Split (Diocletian Palace) and Dubrovnik..

* there is also a bit more south St.Stefan in Montenegro...

I first traveled by train to Illinois to visit my grand parents with my younger brother. We were like ten and 8. What an adventure. theres a great book by Simon Winchester called The Fracture Zone about his second trip back to the Balkans, it sounds like such a beautiful land. I hope to visit Slovenia, the country my Grandfather was from. I have heard of an awesomely beautiful lake there. mind traveling........... kevin of k&k

Dear God ~

Everything seems to be working against me right now... I find it hard to see the good things in my life and seem to be fixated on the negative. This makes me feel heavy with burden and sorry for myself.

I do not wish to continue in this state because I realise that the longer I do, the harder it will become to see and experience even glimmers of Your Glorious Healing and Love and Light.

Therefore I now state my Honest and Serious Commitment to open up to the Guidance and Healing that I need in order to shift my current state of being. Even if the Guidance I receive is not what I want to hear, I choose to fight my lower nature and the negative forces that I have allowed to attach to me, until I have brought about the critical mass needed to shift back into a Positive State.

I realise that such a fight takes Effort & Determination, and I herewith recognise, acknowledge and remind myself constantly that I am not alone.

I open my heart to Love... I invite Divine Love & Light into my being....

I now consciously project a force field of Silver Light around my being, fuelled with the powerful energy of Divine Light that I am drawing into my whole being...

I acknowledge this field to be powerful enough to repel negative energy, and Shield my inner being, even from my own negative thoughts and notions, until my vibrational frequency is so high that all negativity dissipates naturally from around me and inside of me.

Lastly, I recognise that I reside in a Universe governed by the free-will principle, and that nothing can happen to me without my consent and choice....

~ hey :franc adriatic sea n dalmatian coast r stunning... u would enjoy it... n i just learned that a lady from stelembosh i've been chatting about places to visit in europe is judy's mom... so cool... riet u know that is what i thought also when i was in zagreb... so much like vienna... also its very clean n shops in the center r very slick with new designs... quite different from here in belgrade where its more like new york... even it has also here n there like some rodeo drive type of shops, mostly r very unique n creative... anyway.. its been a great journey @ this part of europe... ~ love ~
