My neighbours! Vinegar visits all the time and lets me take his picture, his brother visits too…This is Salt…he's heavier than his brother and has a really broad face

a case of the giggles is a good case to have! oh mee, you should see me when i have the giggles! i laugh and giggle for the longest time over the funny things that pop into my mind, or something funny that someone just said!

We live 4 minutes drive from the Pacific ocean, Avoca Beach.

we get pelicans, some jelly fish, sometimes fish are washed up and I have even seen prawns when the lagoon has been opened into the sea and washed out really fast leaving the prawns high and dry

Tai I always take you with me in spirit when I go to the beach because I know you get it..

wow…that's really cool! i'd love to see that. when i go to the beach, i only see gulls most of the time. i like to see freighters on the horizon though. big ships fascinate me, so when i see the big freighters on the horizon, i get all excited and start telling everyone, “look!! hey!! look! there's a freighter out there!”

do you see big ships too?

This isnt one of my best shots but it shows a ship better than any others I have. Often they are just below the horizon so you only see the top bits.

Hey Suni, when I go to the beach I can take about 300 photos without realising it. I get into the moment, love the waves and watching the dogs enjoy themselves. I even take photos of other peoples dogs. They have such a great time and our beach is dog friendly. We keep it pretty clean too, picking up after our special doggy friends. Like you, we also see plenty of seagulls. How far are you from the beach?

i find myself taking many pictures as well when i'm at a good beach! the last time i was there, at my spot, few people (a definate plus) i took 43 pictures! aw! dogs are such fun. i'd take a picture of any dog!

seagulls…my biggest beach annoyance! there's an island in one of our lakes we call Seagull Island, because when you look at it, you see the trees, and on the land, WHITE. covered with SEAGULLS.

We even see seagulls about 50 miles inland in England, they love scraps of food that folk leave out for the garden birds, I love to see them swoop and soar…

hoi.. i think seagulls are a major nuisance when it comes to beaches. who wants to eat at a beach infested with hoards of seagulls!?

Suni Your freighters look like ours. They probably are. We have a harbour in Newcastle an hour north of here. The ships sit off our coast waiting to go in. In June 2007 a coal ship ran aground during a huge storm. It stayed there for about a year before they could get it off.

You sound like my daughter. She's 17 and hates seagulls too. When she was about 1 year old a pelican came right up to her and opened its beak as if to eat her so she isnt too impressed with them either.
