neat!! i know that i have unconditional love for dogs and cat and furry things! it's the creepy crawlies that give me the shivers.. BUT, i have ceased the smushing of spiders.. and have two new spider friends: Geb and Germaine. so now its Harriet, Frank the Tank, Geb, and Germaine! |

I hope to catch up with this lady one day. My own animals are very good at communicating and I feel animals in general are getting better at it and teaching the rest of us how to do it. We just have to listen. Nice to be here Suni. |

:) well, i don't always understand my own pets, but i do know that they love me and they do miss me when i'm not around, seeing as how they pretty much attack me with kisses and jumps of “OMG IT'S YOU!! YOU'RE BACK!! YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOR YEARS!!!!!!” |

mine are getting older and calmer now and tend to take me a bit for granted as the mother who is always dependably there. They do smile a lot and come up to me. But when my sons come home they just lose it because they see them less. My little Maltese who passed away last year always did that “OMG YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOREVER!!” thing though and I loved it. He would yelp with excitement and almost turn himself inside out whenever we came home and if possible was even more excited when the boys came home. |

Oh Jenny, thank you so much for posting this video. Billie is so right, we do have so much to learn from animals about unconditional love. |

Hi Kala, she is writing a screenplay at the moment called Mystic hearts about a horse she had and him being her soulmate. I really want to get her other movies especially. Finding Joy is tells the story of a stray dog who helps a woman touch her dreams through his “doggy medicine” — unconditional love. In the film, the dog is an angel on a mission to help the woman achieve her life's purpose. |

We are all the richer for giving and receiving love from our animal friends. I used to have a very intense connection with our four cats, they were wonderful companions. They always knew if I was having a down day and would come an snuggle with me. I remember once many years ago we had been away for a week and our 2 female cats at the time showed us how they felt about us leaving them alone to be cared for by our neighbours…they literally turned their backs to us and didn't make any eye contact (this was the first time we had left them to have a holiday) Animals teach us great compassion for one another…. |

Liza I think you are right about Hazel wanting alone time. We do let them have the run of the yard but even that wasnt enough. However on Saturday my daughter had her birthday party and we put the rabbits in the garden shed to keep them safe and away from the noise, (they have a hutch but its not protected from the noise) They love the shed so were very happy to go in there. Then the next few days we left the door open and Hazel spent all of Sunday in the shed rummaging around. She's much happier now. Yoda is neutered and Hazel is not so that also causes some friction when she comes on heat. |

We haven't a kitten at present, but we still have the cats from next door! Vinegar the black cat comes in for a fuss and my son has him in with him in the evening as he sits and cries like a baby at the back door to be let in. His brother comes in occasionally too if the door is open - he's called Salt. Their sister who lives up the road with my god daughter and her family is called Pepper. They are all kittens from my mum's cat Ginger, so are relatives in a way! Three of my cats were kittens from my mum's cats too - we seem to keep it in the family! |

Thats lovely Tai. I wonder what the soul level meaning of this is about. If people are on the planet at a specific time and place together, If we agree at a soul level to come here before we are born I wonder what the reason for animals and animal families coming together with humans is. I wonder what the learning is. Why do you think your cat family is here with you, your mum and your friends? What specific personality traits do these cats have? |

Interesting thought Jen…the cat is an independent creature and it enjoys human presence, it gives and receives love equally well. The fact that cats enjoy other peoples homes as their own has always said that regardless of ownership/contracted bonds of any sort, that we are all one family, humans, animals, insects everything has consciousness and substance as we are all made from the same god/goddess spark, birthed onto this our earth home. My god daughters family and ours have always been bonded in some way, we seem to have intereacted with them more than other neighbours, they have 5 children, all who I have been close to and shared my time and home with. My mum has a deep affinity with cats and children too. |

They are fascinating. Interesting Tai that the families you bond so well with have the same cat family to maybe increase that bonding. |

Thank you Liza. Mindy has had chronic liver problems since she was 4 years old. She is now almost 15. She gets bouts of pancreatitis and colitis. She had both last week but is much better now. The vet put her on a daily dose of a “nutriceutical” all natural medication called Denamarin which according to the manufacturers: “contains SAMe which markedly increases liver glutathione levels. SAMe also helps protect liver cells from cell death and may help cell repair and regeneration. Denamarin also has Silybin, the most active part of an extract from milk thistle. Silybin acts as an antioxidant and stimulates the flow of bile through the liver to aid in the digestion and absorption of nutrients from your pet's diet. Silybin also helps with liver cell regeneration and may enhance levels of glutathione, the liver's major “detoxifying” agent.” |

I just wonder why emotional abuse is not a consideration in all well-being and all well fare or all living beings? When people get it in their heart to value the being IN the body then progress will happen. I believe I am not the only person who understand this. |
