animal communicator

http://www.billiedean.com/general/sanctuary.htm

Just wanted to pass on this site of Billie Dean's. She is an Australian animal sensitive and also alternative healer,  filmmaker and journalist  with her husband Andrew Einspruch. They have made films about the animals they have saved and about animals and humans healing each other and communicating with each other.

I am going to buy one of their books to start off with. Secret Animal Business
http://www.billiedean.com/general/secretanimalbusiness.htm

One of my friends in Canberra where I used to live discovered her living in the surrounding country. Shame I left the area before I heard about her.

In this Youtube video billie talks about the unconditional love of animals.

:) well, i don't always understand my own pets, but i do know that they love me and they do miss me when i'm not around, seeing as how they pretty much attack me with kisses and jumps of “OMG IT'S YOU!! YOU'RE BACK!! YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOR YEARS!!!!!!”

do yours do that when you leave and come back? that “OMG YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOREVER!!” thing?

mine are getting older and calmer now and tend to take me a bit for granted as the mother who is always dependably there. They do smile a lot and come up to me. But when my sons come home they just lose it because they see them less. My little Maltese who passed away last year always did that “OMG  YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOREVER!!” thing though and I loved it. He would yelp with excitement and almost turn himself inside out whenever we came home and if possible was even more excited when the boys came home.

One of the rabbits Yoda always hops up to greet us but he is usually hoping I have some pear or apple for him.

Hi Kala, she is writing a screenplay at the moment called Mystic hearts about a horse she had and him being her soulmate. I really want to get her other movies especially. Finding Joy is tells the story of a stray dog who helps a woman touch her dreams through his “doggy medicine” — unconditional love. In the film, the dog is an angel on a mission to help the woman achieve her life's purpose.
Cant wait to get it.

Thank you for posting this wonderful video Jenny…
This is so true..animals see us so differently..without judgements..I know my dogs are just there..I mean totally there.with me when ever I allow..One cannot find words to describe the beautiful connection they share..My dogs can communicate so much without words..or expectations..without any restrictions..I can feel the joy and contentment from them when we just sit together..in a moment of heart based wonder..

Yes dogs are Angels..on missions..even when they suffer..are mistreated and abandoned they never hold grudges..blame or look for revenge…I feel there are more wonderful things we will continue to discover about animals..
How inspiring that we are all beginning to learn more about animals gifts and healing..beginning to wake up to the true blessings and miracles of the animal kingdom..

In gratitude and love

I wonder if it would be a good idea to start posting how we experience communication with our animals?

For example; you Ange said
My dogs can communicate so much without words..or expectations..without any restrictions..I can feel the joy and contentment from them when we just sit together..in a moment of heart based wonder..

What do others experience?

With my dog Jack I sometimes actually hear words in my head. Like when I first met him as a stray and wondered what his name was and distinctly heard the name Jack as he looked into my face. Later I found his previous owner who said that his name was Jack. She was no longer able to care for him. I dont get words from other dogs though. He's pretty unique.

My rabbits love pears and apples and sometimes I just get the sense or awareness of pear in my head.

Other than that I get “beach” as that excited feeling they get when we go there, from the dogs.

“Love you” is that feeling when they look into my eyes with that dewy look.

My rabbit Hazel gives off a distinct sense of irritation when she is annoyed with us for some reason and that can be as simple as her being hungry or us being too noisy. When really annoyed she will thump her back foot on the ground and it can be quite loud. She also suffers PMT on a regular basis and gets angry with poor Yoda who can spend hours soothing her by licking her ears and back. He really spoils her.

What other sensations and words do others get?

Liza said Oct 21, 3:53 AM:

Hi Jenny,
I communicate with animals too! Nice to meet you all. I'm thinking that Hazel may need a little alone time. She may need some space and quite time of her own. Maybe when she is cranky allowing her to come out and romp around would help her stress and attitude? Just a suggestion.
I love animals too they are so honest, so mutually supportive and caring. My dog Gidget is so compassionate, if I'm not in a good mood, she will do something hilarious to cheer me up. She really is a honeybunch.
Over time animals get to know us as well as we know them. They can read our emotions and feelings.
I believe animals are important to our health, body mind and soul. They are in the present moment and love us unconditionally. Their only qualification are meeting their needs and so too they meet ours. By doing this they define what it is to have a mutually loving relationship. I believe we can learn from this experience.
They too connect us to Gaia allowing for the circle of love to flow freely.

Brussels Griffons (Gidget, the red head and Kaiju her lifemate) They are both spayed/neutered. They took one look at each other and are inseparable since.

We are all the richer for giving and receiving love from our animal friends.  I used to have a very intense connection with our four cats, they were wonderful companions.  They always knew if I was having a down day and would come an snuggle with me.  I remember once many years ago we had been away for a week and our 2 female cats at the time showed us how they felt about us leaving them alone to be cared for by our neighbours…they literally turned their backs to  us and didn't make any eye contact (this was the first time we had left them to have a holiday)  Animals teach us great compassion for one another….

Liza I think you are right about Hazel wanting alone time. We do let them have the run of the yard but even that wasnt enough. However on Saturday my daughter had  her birthday party and we put the rabbits in the garden shed to keep them safe and away from the noise, (they have a hutch but its not protected from the noise) They love the shed so were very happy to go in there. Then the next few days we left the door open and Hazel spent all of Sunday in the shed rummaging around. She's much happier now. Yoda is neutered and Hazel is not so that also causes some friction when she comes on heat.

Gidget and Kaiju are very cute. I have two granddogs, they are my sons mini schnauzers, who are life soul mates. Its quite different from my Gilly and Jack who are more like brother and sister.

Tai do you have that kitten yet?

Jyoti, Jack is well but has put more weight on. I think its just his age and the corgi in him. He also could have more exercise.

Hi Jenny,
You know how it goes for us gals! A nice bath, some scented candles, maybe even a book or some soft music and some space/solitude:) hehe If it sounds good to you maybe Hazel is trying to tell you something too! LOL Now that's universal communication!
Oh they sound precious! I hope you will post pics sometime I'd surely love to see them. What type of rabbits are they?
Has hazel had babies before?

My dogs are couch potatoes too Jenny, especially the griffies. Gidget loves to eat too, I realized she was putting on weight recently and cut her back on her intake. Exercise? Gidget laughs in the face of exercise. She is the Queen of luxery and leisure. They are in their teens already, they look pretty good though, everyone thinks they are young dogs. That pic was 2 summer ago. They still act like pups and are frisky:) Kaiju can sing and dance. I have to video it sometime…

Hi Jyoti! I think anyone can communicate with their animals, just takes a bit of practice. How about you? What animals do you have in your life?

Tai I did not know you had cats!!! I love cats they are soooo intuitive. Do you have a cat in your life today?

We haven't a kitten at present, but we still have the cats from next door!  Vinegar the black cat comes in for a fuss and my son has him in with him in the evening as he sits and cries like a baby at the back door to be let in.  His brother comes in occasionally too if the door is open - he's called Salt.  Their sister who lives up the road with my god daughter and her family is called Pepper.  They are all kittens from my mum's cat Ginger, so are relatives in a way! Three of my cats were kittens from my mum's cats too - we seem to keep it in the family!

Thats lovely Tai. I wonder what the soul level meaning of this is about. If people are on the planet at a specific time and place together, If we agree at a soul level to come here before we are born I wonder what the reason for animals and animal families coming together with humans is. I wonder what the learning is. Why do you think your cat family is here with you, your mum and your friends? What specific personality traits do these cats have?

Interesting thought Jen…the cat is an independent creature and it enjoys human presence, it gives and receives love equally well.  The fact that cats enjoy other peoples homes as their own has always said that regardless of ownership/contracted bonds of any sort, that we are all one family, humans, animals, insects everything has consciousness and substance as we are all made from the same god/goddess spark, birthed onto this our earth home.  My god daughters family and ours have always been bonded in some way, we seem to have intereacted with them more than other neighbours, they have 5 children, all who I have been close to and shared my time and home with.  My mum has a deep affinity with cats and children too.

Hi Liza,

I have a Maltese called Mindy who will be 15 on December 27th.  We have three cats, all boys.  A flame point Himalayan called Ali who is 14.  A black Persian called Murali Rao who is 10.  And a seal point Himalayan called Figaro (Figgi) who is 9, he was born under our bed 3 days after we rescued his parents.

I love Griifies!  I used to know several Griffon breeders and used to babysit for 14 of them.  14 Griffies, one French Bulldog, three cats and 4 birds.  It was a big job but I loved it.  The Frenchie, called Kermit, used to like me to massage the roof of his mouth with my thumb.  So funny!  :)

Hi Jyoti,

Oh! I am a fan of pushed in faces. I have no idea why but I love persians, bulldogs, griffies, frenchies etc! I think the expression on their faces just makes me smile!

I have 2 griffies, one lab/chow mix I rescued off the street and a poodle who I inherited. 3 Cats all rescues, 2 birds (one rescued one I hand raised) and 2 arthritic ducks we rescued off the river (it was badly polluted). I'm not counting all the wild birds I take care of here and one feral cat who now allows me to pet him/brush him and he showed me his belly the other day!!! (took a year of trust building, he really had emotional issues. Today he is so different)

Talk about your hands being full Jyoti! That is a lot of puppies to take care of!(to me no matter how old they are they are still my puppies:) LOL
Maltese are really adorable. Is she your lap companion?:) I'd love to see pics of your guys. I hope there will be postings of pics! Thank you for sharing your menagerie with me.

We had a group hug and kisses this morning, even Mikey my elder cat got into it, he was purring and licking Kai my black Grif. Kai was doing the same to him. Wolfy shared his bone with me (he really has a generous heart) Then 75lbs of dog tried to crawl into me. Anybody else out there have a big “goomba” dog that thinks they can actually somehow manage to get their whole selves on your lap:)?
Sometimes I'll sit on the step and Wolfy will stand behind me on the step and hang his head over my shoulder and press his cheek into mine. Your right Suni they truly are our devoted and loyal friends. Worth the investment of love:)

When you ask a dog or cat what the lap of luxery is I am positive their answer would be:
My human mommies or daddies lap of coarse:)

Joe teases me because once in awhile Gidget will get a cold (One of the down sides of griffies, the only down side) he say yeah, its the breeze from you lap to the floor:) LOl

I hope all is well with all of you and you beloved animal companions.

Tai cats are loyal animals I think too it positive they get to spend time with the people who they have known since kittenhood:) Pretty cool stuff.

Abra is now laying on his blanky and came to see me this morning before I had to go out. Its pretty funny because if I am late in the morning I get a whole “talking to” about that. Yesterday I did not see him so this morning it was his turn for me to say something:)  He stayed the whole day so I figure he must have understood on some level!

Thank you Liza.  Mindy has had chronic liver problems since she was 4 years old.  She is now almost 15.  She gets bouts of pancreatitis and colitis.  She had both last week but is much better now.  The vet put her on a daily dose of a “nutriceutical” all natural medication called Denamarin which according to the manufacturers: “contains SAMe which markedly increases liver glutathione levels. SAMe also helps protect liver cells from cell death and may help cell repair and regeneration. Denamarin also has Silybin, the most active part of an extract from milk thistle. Silybin acts as an antioxidant and stimulates the flow of bile through the liver to aid in the digestion and absorption of nutrients from your pet's diet. Silybin also helps with liver cell regeneration and may enhance levels of glutathione, the liver's major “detoxifying” agent.”

It has been a Godsend for her.  She had gotten so bad this year that she was having bouts of either severe nausea and vomiting bile, Pancreatitis or colitis every week or so.  After a few weeks on Denamarin she went two months or so without getting sick.  Our vet is really happy with the results from this product in all her liver patients.

Mindy is feeling much better now after vomiting and diarrhea last Tuesday and Wednesday.  Thank you for asking after her.

Please give big love to Gidget and Abra and your other babies from me.

Hi Kala,

I have 2 dogs here that do get bouts of colitis. Gidget and Mikey my poodle. Mikey is on a prescription diet. Gidget is doing well and I am very good with making sure she has the same diet. I do give meat scraps to everyone, but limited.
My other Mikey (cat) had some severe issues a long time ago after either being hit by a car or almost killed by a dog. We were not really sure what happened, I spent the whole night frantically calling for him. Mikey somehow managed to drag himself home to me, it took him hours to crawl from where ever he was to our back door. I rushed him to the vet He was paralyzed from the waste down. His liver and kidney function were problematic and there was a great concern of failure.
I did not know what to do, Doc said there was nothing to do, but wait and hope it gets better. That he'd seen this before and because there did not appear to be internal bleeding all we could do was wait. I mixed dandelion in his food for awhile. It took Mike 8 months to walk again. But I firmly believe the dandelion did it, because it acted as a natural diuretic and he drank lots of water.

My dogs and cats now all eat natural dandelion from our yard. I'll pick the fresh leaves and give it to the cats sometimes and the dogs and I go on a dandelion flower foray. Kaiju will go and pick them himself during summertime.

I do watch how much they take in as too much is not good either, but blessed be for dandelion.
I do hope Mindy gets better soon Kala. Is she allowed bene-bac gel? (live cultures?) Also, I did notice that when any of my animals are very upset they tend to get this. So keep an eye out for any emotional stresses, there may be a pattern to it, once you recognize the pattern of what ever is upsetting her you'll be able to support her through it or eliminate the situation all together. (if that makes sense) Animals are sensitive, that is just they way they are created. Many times because they love us they too become symptomatic.
I allow my guys to express themselves, we have pack rules, but I do not stifle them(though sometimes their barking can be too much, so I have to come upstairs and let them know it's alright and to lay down and rest awhile). I have found that it really supports their immune system. I do not know if this helps anyone, I hope it does.
We recently got a new washer and dryer. When the buzzer goes off Gidget wants to kill the dryer. I dont shush her. I say Gidet go get the dryer until it shuts up! (she does not like it and I respect that! I do not like it myself)
When it does she is very satisfied she did her job! LOL She also goes out with the “boys” and patrols our yard. Not for too long though and she'd rather be with her human Mama:)
I have stomach issues myself so I know how terrible it is.

Here is my Magnificent Sage Mikey Cat. I am so glad he made it home so long ago.

Blessed Be,
Liza

Liza, thank you for answering.  Red had a huge chain around her neck & would occasionally get loose.  One day she jumped the fence into my yard.  My husband put her on a lead & walked her around the block home.  The evil neighbor was ugly to him.  So the next day the dog jumps the fence & my husband let her walk through the gate to the front yard (I have 3 little dogs & outside cats, so the pit bull couldn't stay in our fenced yard).  Other neighbors called animal control.  I have begged for prayers ever since for her.  Many Gaia members responded & I cried in gratitude.  Liza, you are gifted in animal understanding, so would you also say a little prayer for Red & Blue?  Thank you.

Hi Sherry,

Unfortunately if this guy is feeding her and she has shelter and a long enough lead, there are no signs of physical abuse you can not do much. You can call the Animal Control and tell them about how you feel. I hope you do. I think mental abuse is just as bad as physical, because the heart/mind/soul takes longer to heal. Same goes for people.

I have a cat here named Abra who was very scared and part feral. It took me the better part of a year to get him to “be emotionally ok” Before he would run and hide, hissing and spitting. Now he wants to be petted before I feed him. He is outside. Abra has something wrong with him, he has pus and excess saliva dripping from his mouth. He often chokes on his food. I have taken care of him the best that I can in the hopes that he would get better. He does need medical attention and I just do not have the funds to do it. He is what I would call a “fixer-upper”. The sad part is that he really has worked very much on his trust issues and has become my friend. I now brush him and he rolls over and shows me his belly. I wish there was a clinic that does provide free medical care. He needs to be neutered, blood test, wormed and teeth pulled, probably meds, definitely a bath. Unfortunately there are so many animals out there that have needs too and Abra would be put to sleep rather then anyone investing the time, money and love required. He is absolutely worth it, he is one of the most loving and loyal cats I have met and I have met many.
I feel sad that my husband and I choices are limited, but we do our best and have always been kind to Gaia's beings. Sometimes that means the choices are not pleasant but necessary. In the end should he be in pain we will do what is required. You come to realize you are only one person and it really would be nice if all people felt that way about animals. You do your best to set an example by your actions.

So I would say also to pray for a miracle here too. I have seen some miracles in my life, Abra being one of them. Now the help he needs would be next.

Liza, as soon as I read your last post I lit my shaman candle that my mother brought me from Nevada when she lived out there.  It sends prayers into the universe.  I asked for protection & health for your Abra who looks like my Billy - beautiful black.  My husband figured out years ago that when a feral cat needs antibiotics, you can take some old dog or human antibiotics, break down by weight, & he saved the life of a cat that way.  Human antibiotic ointment also works on cats & dogs.  We also cannot afford to take everyone to the vet.  I spent thousands last year neutering my 6 cats & took 5 of them to the vet for shots & worming, etc.  I love them very much & let them in only supervised since I have rescued 2 Amazon parrots.  My neighbors gave me a big dog igloo house & I put cushions & an old Army blanket in there, hung a rug over the door, & I believe my cats will stay warm this winter.  Here in Arkansas, our winters are mild.  The neighbors feed their dogs, just don't pay any attention to them unless it is to yell.  I have no basis for reporting them, just sorrow for them.  Thanks for your vibration - it is very warming to my soul.  Sherry

Hi Sherry,
Its really sad that you have to live next to such a schmuck and such negativity. I will also keep you and your doggie friends in my offerings. Blessed be your sensitive heart and for caring enough to be kind to them.
I believe the more kindness we give to each other and to our animals friends the better the world becomes. Thank you Sherry.
Most have you have seen this picture before but I would like to pass on what happens with Gaia when you love her and her fellow beings. She nurtures us in beauty, love and support in many ways.

Hello dear Liza,

Thank you for your support for Mindy.  She is doing fine now.  It's just a chronic thing that will come and go.  I'm so happy that it is under better control lately.

I'm so glad your handsome Mikey made it home to you.  Poor baby, what a terrifying and painful experience.  He is a heroic boy.

Hi dear Nicole, thank you for your light for Mindy.

Hello Sherry,

Welcome to the group.  Thank you for your loving heart and for caring for these precious dogs.  It breaks my heart to hear such stories.  You might try contacting the Humane Society or the ASPCA, which ever organization is more active in your community.  They are more into animal welfare than local animal control officers.

Sending loving light to Red and Blue and to your neighbor who also needs it.

Thank you for posting Abra's photo Liza.  I wish there were more free help for animals too.   I know that Abra is greatful for whatever help you give him.  Look how comfortable you have made him.

I just wonder why emotional abuse is not a consideration in all well-being and all well fare or all living beings? When people get it in their heart to value the being IN the body then progress will happen. I believe I am not the only person who understand this.

Thank you all for your kindness and compassion.
I am really glad Mindy is doing better Jyoti.

Haven't we all seen what the power of love can do, not just for animals but for us too? I have animals here that were half of a whole. Now they are whole, well balanced, well rounded individuals….it's amazing really.
I get passionate about this stuff (blushing)
Gosh is there a thread about that here? LOL

Much love to all of you and your fellow companions:)
