Hi.  I’m in Upstate NY but recently decided to move to a macrobiotic diet because of multiple food/chemical allergies/sensitivities.  Actually I realized the diet I am eating is fairly close to that anyhow.  I wanted to know how to improve my diet and I want new ideas for eating.  Namaste.  Peace.
