Prosthesis for Amputees in Africa

I am looking for opinions on who is the very finest company that makes leg prosthesis for amputees. I am looking for someone to sponsor a project in which a medical team will go to Africa and fit children of God… who have lost their legs in land mine explosions in the Sahara, with hope.
