so interesting ...your clarity has "opened my eyes" opening to the realm of new possibilities. Just seems to "make sense". I read your blog on Being a healer and smiled when I read..."So no one "needs" healing because no one is defective or sick...but sometimes they are having experiences they desire to change!"..so well said OM. .I agree.and believe we all have an intentional 'desire to change' Sometimes, our body manifests that which our minds are not focused on, in turn,a denial, a dismissal if you like, occurs and if unheeded ..the body will in most cases, will 'cry' out. Again this is an enormous subject, for another space. I also took notice on what you wrote .."Intend transmitting only......learn basic energy.. shieding and then transcend those through learning to simply radiate". A great emphasis was placed on this in my training..that of forming a pyramid of protection. I have to be honest I have often had a 'problem' with this....probably it is the ego..saying I am 'bullet-proof...Again I believe often,is essential, not just as the one consciously doing a "healing"..but also to benefit all, to allow the spiralling energies - a 'safe' space, a freedom...to transcend.

I too, have been brought to an awareness of the subtle energy fields, most noticably through kinesiology,which I highly recommend as an effective modality for balancing. The 6th Chakra, energy focus.( where my personal malaise began )..spiritual awareness. psychic power, intuition, light, governing Left eye, ;lower brain ,nervous system.

For those who may not have experienced this: -
There are seven main charkras within the physical body.The purpose of the chakras is to serve a s a connection between out energetic body ( variously described as etheric vehicle, light body or aura) and our physical body. The chakras are replicated on a physical level by the endocrine gland system. This system is responsible for the production of hormones, which if taken on a very basic level , can be said to be resonsible for our well-being ( or lack of it), both emotionally and physically.

Holistic healing , my special subject !...( a life lesson....not to just , talk my walk...but to remember to walk my talk )...My life path is 22/4.. it is said that this path fluctuates... that I am learning... thank you all for being my 'pearls'

Many thanks for that explanation! Well, holy transformation, Batman...I've gone through all of those you've mentioned...just in the last few months!!! I knew there was a reason for it, I knew it was part of something else (upgrade)...but I didn't think in these terms.

And I must concur with you...my wrist pain has done something to my ability to channel Reiki...my ear is just beginning to clear up from its clogginess and I'm sure I'll be able to pick up on more now...my throat is starting to feel better now too (all the better to speak and resound tones, my dear, lol)

Hi Leah, thanks for your thanks. Interesting challenge, let's see whether I can remember any specific examples of "upgrade" experiences and results.

Last winter several of my friends and I had severe "cold" or "flu" and we all noticed that after it ended, we felt more physically light, less in gravity, with clearer energy fields, a sense of clarity in the body energy field. Plus more optimism. Than ever before, not just by comparison from when we were "sick."

Friend of mine went through months of wrist pain as her left hand/wrist was adapted to carry/transmit higher energies more readily. Now she is an incredible energy-transmitting healer.

Several of us went through sore throat episodes, only to find afterward that our voices had capabilities of producing kinds of tones we never had before, as we did "toning" (vocal, not verbal, channeling for healing purposes.)

Last year a young man nearly died of (I don't recall exactly) some rare thingy of brain meningitis or something, but afterward, despite the unpleasant residuals, both he and his mother recognized that he had made radical improvements in his spiritual presence and spiritual abilities and spiritual effects on the world. [I don't think he had a walk-in experience. That can have similar results, but it's not an upgrade process, it's a totally different process.]

A young woman some years ago was feeling general malaise for awhile, and afterward, her body electromagnetic field was much stronger and more capable of holding and transmitting higher-vibrational energies, and withstanding electromagnetic pollution that is all around us.

One of my friends went through some weeks of hearing deficit in one ear, and now that ear "hears" higher-vibrational "sounds" it never registered before, so the person is more "clair-audiently' psychic. This isn't just high pitches, it is higher-dimensional sounds. Like words from a Guide, or "the music of the spheres."

I make a distinction between remedial work and upgrade work. Remedial work on our embodiments (by our Spirits) is the kind we are usually thinking of: healing emotional wounds, raising lower vibrations of fear, anger, moving from illusions into higher truths, healing physical ailments, etc. Upgrade work is sort of (not exactly) like "optional surgery." It is not NEEDED but results in IMPROVEMENTS to the system of the embodiment so that it can have more beneficial effect on its world. It's done because of subconscious or prior agreement among embodiment, soul, and Spirit.

So, I was suggesting above that you keep an eye out (oh those guys are such punsters) for possible abilities you might have for "seeing" what you couldn't see before, and possibly increased "out of gravity" sensations. Very often, dizziness or light-headedness occurs for days or weeks or months while the embodiment's identity shifts out of the physical body and into an energy body. This is extremely common as the embodiment adjusts to a different relationship with gravity, not being so subject to it. [Think: levitation.]

Hope this all helps. It represents my experiences, not necessarily a universal truth.

Leah, I have two very different kinds of things to say about what you experienced and what you say above:

First, were you tested for brain tumors? Those symptoms are pretty specific, in my amateur experience. However, the symptoms would have gotten worse instead of better, if they had been that on the physical level......

You said: the symptoms have dissapated that I once thought would surely never end.. Not entirely, though some real fear does remain, but can honestly say those symptoms, now only occupy a tiny portion of my day. A re-newed positive energy has taken the drivers seat.

Second, This is the typical ending for an "upgrade" experience which can be awful as we go through it, but coming out on the other side, we are the "new improved version" of us. Eventually, as you understand what the upgrade consisted of, and how the new abilities manifest in your life to benefit yourself and others, I think the residual fear will dissipate, as will the rest of the symptoms.

I suggest you focus some intention on being given understanding of what was going on, and what new powers or abilities you have available to you now as a result. Ask to know, and knowing will emerge for you. If you want some input from others about this, you might ask Bryan if he could/would get some info for you, and I might be able to tune in and get some answers, also. Or perhaps you know someone.....

I agree that awareness of this is essential, and I suggest that acting as a sponge is common but is not inevitable, not at all your only choice or option. I humbly offer my blog about healing as a place to begin to learn about other options.

Personally I share with most of this. Six months of 'undiagnosed 'symptoms by the medical professionals. and heaps of clinical tests. It was like no one really understood nor did they care. All began with a most distubing sensation, a type of explosion in my left eye... severe vertigo,to the point of pasing out, both when standing or lyiing.Simple daily tasks, once taken for granted then, became impossible.. I just could not function. To the point of being unable to walk- tracing walls and furniture to just move in some sort of fashion. Mostly when I did walk I tended to vere involuntary to the left. I found it extremely difficult t bear, In turn my emotions took a dive . Somehow, through grace, finding a peace......slowly, ever so slowly, with self centred nuturing and healing by charkra balancing, mantras and reciting the Gayatri over and over, the symptoms have dissapated that I once thought would surely never end.. Not entirely, though some real fear does remain, but can honestly say those symptoms, now only occupy a tiny portion of my day. A re-newed positive energy has taken the drivers seat.
I could write heaps about this subject as I see clients often, as I do massage therapy, with an array, some medicos umbrella ,as psychosomatic. The difficult thing for me, was come to an understanding the healer in me...was the one that now, needed healing. I do think those that are finely tuned absorb vibrational energy,and act as a type of sponge. I also think awareness of this is essential.
I have such empathy reading what others have written on this subject...It is so comforting to know some of you have experienced same... ....

Heat and hot flashes, you say? LOL...I have my experience with that too ;-)
When I was a child, I used to clench my fist in front of me and be absolutely fascinated to see "water" drip out from my superheated hands =)
Gee, and thanks to the adults around me asking me what the hell I was doing, this Gift was buried for a while, and reawakened somewhat through Reiki.
I seem to have the knack for doing it with my Heart Chakra instead of my hands now ;-)

And speaking of "symptoms" how could I not mention heat, hot flashes?! So common!!! My explanation is when you put more energy through a wire, it gets hot. We are the wires, and we are carrying higher loads of energy. The heat burns out all the impeding lower vibrations from the system, or actually is a byproduct of the burning out.

That's my interpretation. This heat has been observed for centuries. It's called "yogic fire" in some of the Eastern religions.

Yeah, I realized I forgot to mention ringing in the ears, brief electronic-frequency sounds, (or as Romiy mentioned above, chimes, buzzing) are--in my understanding-- part of the consciousness-expansion process. They are said to be influxes of higher-dimensional information, which get slowly downloaded over the next few days. Sometimes along with the ringing I can feel the pressure of the energy influx on that side of my head....

Earthdweller, head injuries are a very common way of creating radical rapid upgrades in consciousness. Too bad, but somehow in some cases, no gentler way will suffice.

Absolutely continue to do everything the medical establishment thinks is adviseable, and do whatever you need to do to be comfortable and heal, but know that you can expect some new thoughts, new feelings, new attitudes, new abilities, new perspectives, new understandings, new connections.

In other words, I suggest the more you cooperate with the changes you will experience, the easier the process will be on you. Above all, don't freak out when you begin to sense how different you are becoming. It is all to the good, all part of your soul's plan for this lifetime. Use your intuition to the max, to sense what is going on for you, and sense what would be best for you, medically and physically and with respect to energy/chakra healing.

Tell us more about how it is all unfolding for you, OK?

A few postscript thoughts: Neck represents stubbornness, stubborn pride, unwillingness to cooperate with soul-created changes. Also, things often do get worse before they get better, with neck and head injuries after an accident. If you haven't seen a chiropractor yet, who can take the shock out of your body, that is something I would recommend.

I also agree with Bryan's point in that we depersonalize or dissociate from our bodies rather than remain present and thus compartmentalize. Kira has some great insight into subpersonalities on her blog under Internal Family Systems. I feel that perhaps we all have developed subpersonalities in order to cope with 3-D. Bryan, NOT SOY. Soy is almost indigestible, and generally toxic, and will mess with your hormones in a way that you really don't want, as a male. Do some Internet research on soy, plug in soy Enig Fallon and you'll find their long definitive work. of course, the establishment rejects it.

Lactose-intolerance, seems to be more common in nonwhites, but more common in whites than acknowledged. Causes lots of problems for kids, respiratory symptoms. Me I think no one needs cow milk, even most human babies.

Rice milk is a starch, and unless you swish it in your mouth it ends up indigestible as well..

Now to the interesting stuff. I had not known about the 23-24, vewwwwy intewesting!!! I was feeling very drawn to a specific solstice focus this year (10:08 pm Friday Dec. 21 in Pacific Time Zone) but maybe part of that is an urge to be open longer than that!!!!....

Exact symptoms being named, yes. Tingling for me has been 24/7 for about 20 years now (I had a lot of rewiring to be done.) Here's my interpretation of the dizziness: First, body image and identity are shifting to less dense planes, so physical body interprets that as disorientation wrt gravity. For many people, identity is tied up in physical body. Second, many of us are going to be levitating, just as a byproduct of the raising of our vibration, and that is DEFINITELY disorienting wrt gravity until we get used to it. Meanwhile, some of us keep fingers or hands near walls, or touch furniture more often, as we get used to being "lighter" in every respect, to keep the gravity orientation going until we gain enough confidence that we won't fall down.

I don't agree that things can be entirely emotional or entirely energetic (nonphysical) or entirely physical. As I perceive things, there is nothing but different frequencies of energy vibration. All is like a chord, the music of the universe. The body is a symphony of levels, which we label physical, emotional, mental, astral, etc.

I've had experiences like the ones SteelFlower described in the first post above. She (and others of us) just experience the higher energies more physically than many do, and we are the new "normal" re that.

If I might go into more detail, I say that we all contain lots of really dense and now unwanted astral-plane energies, and these have a physical/emotional discomfort of an intensity far beyond anything the normal world creates. When astral-plane stuff is clearing out, one gets this intense body involvement, and sometimes negative feelings that feel cosmic in scope, and overwhelming in intensity.

I can totally relate to what geonosy said. Really valuable insights, as everyone else's here too.

The flu-like symptoms, very common detox. In our case, it's releasing of the physical manifestations of toxic thoughts and feelings.

And as Will is reminding, we need to keep all this in context. This is ALL preparation. It is the beginning (well, hardly, but that's a useful image for the moment) of the future. We are becoming a new species. We are mutating. Or, you could just think, we are going back to becoming "normal" when everyone has been "abnormal" for a verrrrrrrrrry looooooong time.

Galactic downloading! I like that, I've had ringing, chimes and buzzing in my ears for two months straight (no medical reason). Now I have had nausea and a wee bit of vertigo for the last couple of weeks. My oldest son is having the same problems and my youngest is having trouble with electrical things) lights shutting off when he goes near them, computers acting wonky, etc.). Have you heard of the Grand Conjunction which will take place on the 23rd. Maybe there is a tie in.

So obviously things could be purely physical and purely emotional,but they also overlap A LOT. (?) Are you saying there is the possibility of compartmentalizing things into always being an emotional thing just as we could say there is only a medical answer?

I'm happy to have more options now in dealing with things. Refreshing.

So, cut back on that milk man. :-) I just switched to Rice Milk, it tastes better than soy.
