MFA User Guidelines

We welcome your participation in the threads below. It is our hope that you'll take the opportunity to interact with leaders in our MFA on Zaadz community. In order to keep these experiences enjoyable and interesting for all of our users, we ask that you follow the rules outlined below. By joining MFA on Zaadz, participating in our discussions, or submitting comments, you are consenting to these rules.

1. You agree that you are fully responsible for the content that you post. You will not knowingly post content that violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party and that you will remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision. Likewise, you may not post content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, that violates a third party's right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. You will indemnify MFA on Zaadz, its principals, editors, administrators, co-administrators, its employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims and/or damages (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted. You may not post content that degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability, or other classification. Epithets and other language intended to intimidate or to incite violence will not be tolerated.

2. You understand and agree that MFA on Zaadz is not responsible for any content posted by third parties. Our pod administrators may monitor any user-generated content and reserve the right to remove, edit or otherwise alter content that we deem inappropriate for any reason whatever without consent. We further reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove a user's privilege to post content on our site.

3. You understand and agree that the discussion forums may carry information about commercial activities, but any commercial posts are subject to removal at any time without explanation, if deemed inappropriate, and that MFA on Zaadz, its administrators, editors and co-administrators are not responsible for any third party damages or problems which may arise from a posting in this pod.

4. The discussion forums are for appropriate text and graphics only. Use of obscene or inappropriate graphics and audio will not be tolerated and will be removed without warning or explanation.

5. You acknowledge and agree that you use and/or rely on any information obtained through the MFA on Zaadz discussion forums at your own risk. MFA on Zaadz, its administrators, co-administrators and editors are not in any manner endorsing the content of the discussion forums and cannot and will not vouch for their reliability.
