Yesterday I talked to a friend who does transformational breathing workshops, to be reviewed at http://www. oxygenesis.org. She told me about a new healing modality for the subconscious called Psych-k. At first glanc it seems to be quite similar to EFT, except you don't need the tapping any more. Just trusting the higher power to heal, speak pure intention, is the tool.

Of course that's the tool in every modality, in the doctors white coat, which is supposed to impress his godliness on us, as well as in the highly advertised pill.

Seems the question is only when are we beginning to trust that we are all right by nature?
And beyongd the intention and the trust? What's the minmal practice?

As Desmond untiringly declares: conscious breathing is the bottom line of all pracitce. Which makes sense, because even the old greeks knew that pneuma = breath is one with pneuma = spirit. And to their insights I add: Transformational breathing opens you up to subconscious blocks and gives you a tool for releasing them in the same instance. So that you know breathing is IT and you find a way to stick with IT.

The next workshop is in Janauary right here in Negril, Jamaica. Hope to see you there.

Mikael

P.S.: If you sign up tell Lois I recommended you. I am sure she'll give me a discunt for that.

I have a story to tell about my sister-in-law. She had a rash on her hands that the doctors could not help her. She kept thinking the worse that there was no cure, and it got so bad she told her family she was going to die from it. When she surrendered and gave in, or stopped opposing what she thought was bad, she found some over the counter ointment at the dollar store that took it right away. As long as we think we have to fix something we get in the way and cannot hear that small voice. As the saying goes, Let Go and Let God.
Your friend, Tina

All we can really change is our thoughts and the actions that folow from them.
so, if there is any claim to the possibility to heal yourself, it must be based on changing the thoughts.

The importance of changing the thoughts lies not in the words or languages we use, but the emotional meaning we apply, which is called the attitude.

Therefore, all we really need to change is our attitude. Health and happiness aqre unavoidable if we only folow through.

No wonder, that negative attitude makes everything appear as stressfull and stress has been discovered as the main culprit in causing illness, while a positive attitude, and the expectations for the future that follow, makes us relaxed, happy, healthy and content.

Check the Attitudinal Healing website:

URL: http://www.localcommunities.org/servlet/lc_ProcServ/?dbpage=page&GID=01004011550953856176805252&PG=01004011550953862994211414&x=15&y=12

P.S.: Where are the tags???
