And that addictions, ego trips, and a focus on the rest of the world doesn’t help. So all I need to do is to let go of old concepts, take responsibility for how I feel, and do what makes me happy. The rest is learning by stumbling forward on a spiritual path, asking for help from others, and the willingness to do what is needed.
