Amnyway, here is a reprot from the latest EFT newsletter, which explains how EFT can treat all personal issues and diseases.
Maybe it goes to far for newcomers to EFT, but I figure it might stir enough curiosity to actually go to http://www.emofree.com/ and download the manual and begin to try it out.
