Imho, i think a good leader should be someone
. Who teaches by example and always is willing to learn.
. Who isn't looking for anything for himself, and if he does, he does it by himself without involving or compromising others.
. Who doesn't contribute (provide,furnish from the dictionary. Aportar in spanish) to the group with his ideas or goals, he just gives his opinion about theirs.
. Who is only an intermediary between their spokesmen and lets them arrive at agreements by themselves.
. Who appears and disappears at will, so the group learns and has the confidence to take care of themselves. [The Most Important and Urgent matters are those that can always wait. Unless some other group is invading you :( ]
. Who loves, knows personally and shares experiences with everyone in the group.
. Who doesn't care if the group he leads succeeds or fails, because he is only a mirror where they can see reflected in him what they are. And to him success or failure are no longer important.
