Our illustrious leader (an English idiom) is having a birthday today, and I am LATE in the day for many of you, posting this place to come and wish and celebrate!!!!!!

I don't remember to spell the French, is it Heureux Anniversaire??

Anyway, Mikey, I offer my wishes that today be very very special for you, and that the coming year be delightful and satisfying in every way! We appreciate all the wonderfulness you bring to this community, we are so grateful !!!!!!!

Do allow the celebration to continue for many days. We have a birthday month, ideally, which extends at least two weeks prior and at least two weeks later!

OMG Albert, what a find that Andre Rieu is (your Amazing Grace link) !!! I checked out several other YouTubes of his work, including the Shostakovich Waltz. I will be blogging about his work, very soon. Ol' Friedrich N. would be quite happy with him, as I recall F.N. writing that to listen to music without moving is quite unnatural. I would venture to say he meant “obscenely unnatural!” Rieu sure fixes all that !!!!!!!!!

Thank you a ton for bringing into my life something so alive, so benevolent, so “divine.”
