Though I have not personally seen a nature spirit, I would like to talk about something. Please don't laugh.

I am a huge fan of the TV Show Ghost Hunters. Most of the time they find nothing, occasionally something intriguing. I like the fact that they always try to debunk hauntings. But when they were at Lisheen ruins in Ireland and caught small, two-legged human figures on their thermal camera following some of their camera people through the woods, I thought wow! Granted it could have been faked, anything can, but everyone's reactions and the parts of the episode that were cut just seem so authentic.

Now what am I supposed to believe? I was raised on Grimms fairy tales, told these things aren't real, just make-believe. I spent a month just being stunned and thinking about what I had seen and finally convinced myself that, okay, maybe they are real. If I ever saw one I would question my sanity though.

Can any of you tell me of your experiences? Does this still only happen in Ireland or are they everywhere? I have also heard that fairies are not necessarily "nice" spirits and you should never invite one into your home.

Thanks for that interdimensional window cleaning.

I too have "felt" presences in nature. Wondering how to increase the dialog and synergy. Knowing that other humans have lept across the chasm, Findhorn, Celtic wisdom, etc.

My own work involves the vibrational modalities of color and sound. Just as your M theory strings vibrate, so do color and sound wavelengths. (As well as the colors in your paintings!)

I work with the "heart-intelligence" present in the pulse. This is a system developed by Dr. Paul Nogier in the 60's, called VAS, Vascular Autonomic System. I believe that this heart-intelligence is connected to a deeper knowing and wisdom, a higher self or template / hologram that patterns the interconnect between etheric and physical.

Using the pulse, we find sound and color wavelengths that open and reconnect energy and consciousness pathways within the mind body spirit. This has a noticable physical effect, i.e. more grounding and life energy flows and is felt.

But also interestingly it opens communications doors to nature. Quite a number of my clients have sensed new intuitions and messages from nature, plants, animals. I do feel like vibrational medicine has this potential. Can we live in this world of wonder and cooperate and create more synergistically? YES YES...

I am located in the San Francisco bay area, in Menlo Park, CA. I see you are up in Victoria, had some grandparents up there long ago. I'm new at this.
Talking about myself I mean and sharing secrets.
Survival has always meant silence.

a little M theory and one quiet encounter out of myriad meetings.

And all mystery and magic lies within this mathematical matrix.

Eleven dimensions here in this place.

Infinite universes all around this universe, perhaps within it. Our cosmos formed by their collision.

Everything made of little strings singing. Webs locked together. Only gravity has the degree of freedom to leap into the void. The ultimate irony, that the force that locks us in can itself escape.

But things slip in . Or we slip out.

The woods. Late afternoon. A girl sits in the green and talks to river rocks burbling nearby. There is dappled sunlight and the sharp smell of earth. Someone is watching her. He creeps closer, hand trailing on mossy bark. He startles the reverie.

Here's the strange bit.

It is a boy she sees, with red cheeks and blue, round eyes. Two small horns are nestled in a mop of curls and his legs are covered in long auburn fur. His feet are hoofed.

They talk without words, perhaps in pictures, in blocks of knowing like DNA inheritance. Memes without language.

It's only later she realizes this is unusual.
I am nine years old.

I think finding this group is my fae spirits and pals urging me to spend more time with them. I grew up with animals..and loving all living things. I also have that kid at heart, and joyful fun side to me.

My first experience was when I started painting fae. I had a client email me from another state.. she really didn't know much about me.. she tried to be hesitant and not sound odd.. she jokingly said.... "um.. you know.. when i see your painting, i see something flutter just out of the corner of my eye".

Later, after many other fae pieces which I sell at a metaphysical store. One of the most amazing women, did confirm to me.. that her painting too, brought home or aroused the fae in her home. I was still a little skeptical and found it amusing. Yet, knowing this woman, it was a confirmation. She assured me they are all loving. I'm not sending out trouble makers or anything negative. Sometimes, yes they will tickle at me feet.. I sense when they are around.. as I sense all energies, spirits, etc. Those around me will tell me that the feel something or saw something and are not sure what to make of it. What I love of the nature spirits is the childlike wonderment, the great healing of laughter to break up the negativity. To "lighten up and play" and through playing, we are open and more available to the endless possibilities in what we can create in our lives. Renewing a vow to joy and giggle like a child when she crashed from an attempted cartwheel. Get back up, scrub those grassey stained knees. I love it! they are fun. It took a while to know.. if say it was a fae spirit, or another spirit guide. Certainly with all my crystals and love of them as well.

Hi Joan and All! I'm currently reading a section in Serge King's book “Urban Shaman” about “shapechanging” or communication with plants that I thought you would all appreciate. Serge writes about how a guy named George Washington Carver was able to do “incredible things with plants.” These words speak volumes. :) Quote from Urban Shaman: “He, (GWC), derived hundreds of separate, economically important products from plants he worked with, not by scientific study, analysis, or experimentation, but by deep communication.
