As New Yorkers we all still remember this day vividly. I think we can help to remember and heal by taking some time to send out our healing thoughts to all those around the world who were touched by 9/11.

Hi Judie,

Thank you so much for sharing that. As a survivor of the tragedy, yesterday had to be one of the worst anniversaries so far. I spoke with my best friends in NY and they were all in agreement. One thing that I've realized since that horrific day is that life is such a beautiful journey, and that living in the power of NOW is so very important.
