I'd love to meet up with some of our ambassadors and members at a nice vegan restaurant. I'd gladly represent Zaadz, and we might be able to get Jake to come down from Bean Town for it.

Check out our meditation classes. We do at least one and often two a month here in the city. The venues are always deluxe and we try to keep the price very affordable for what we offer.

This is just a little shout out about this weekend’s class. It is seriously going to be great, we are getting lots of pre-registrations for it so if you are thinking of coming…

We will try to make space for whoever comes, but baed on last time, I think we will have many (awesome) people there.

Thankfully, these classes are catching on. People appreciate an alternative to your typical long-faced, solemn meditation class- this one is actually as fun as it is deep, and you really meditate (vs sitting there in agony waiting for the session to end).

If you have “trouble” meditating, this class is for you. If you LOVE meditation, this is also a great group vibe and place to go inside.

I will be leading Sundday’s class, so if you hear about the class here on Zaads, come up and let me know.

Just wanted to let all my New York Zaadzsters know that on Friday June 16 Fake Brain, a super fun, clever, high energy rock band will be playing a rock show.

 They have recently only been performing their rock opera, wildly entertaining!!  But felt the need to entertain the old fashioned way.  So if you like original music with a punk flavor, please drop on by and check it out!

8:45pm Improv - Loosen up and expose thyself to humor so fresh it exists before thought! You'll feel naked, but warm. Renowned improv coach, actress, and comedienne Holly Mandel ( www.improvolution.org ) guides us through a context-setting improv session.

9:30pm-2am - Dance into the Future - Kicking Beats, Amazing Visuals,
Higher Consciousness, High-Fives!

We will also have some very fresh and tasty raw food (Ew – no it is delicious, sincerely!) throughout the evening for your uplifted snacking enjoyment.
