&lt;p&gt;      This one is easy and delicious:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook up a pot of brown rice ( 1 cup dry rice )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once cooked add a couple of cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slice up an avocado and red bellpepper and mix together&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Top with&amp;nbsp; your favorite salsa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes 4-5 servings&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nick Smith&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.magnetic-diet.com"&gt;The Magnetic Dietician&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
