Brown rice and black beans, bellpeppers, avocado and topped salsa

This one is easy and delicious:

Cook up a pot of brown rice ( 1 cup dry rice )

Once cooked add a couple of cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)

Slice up an avocado and red bellpepper and mix together

Top with  your favorite salsa

Makes 4-5 servings
