Integral Life Practice

I would like to have feedback from anyone that is using Ken Wilber's “Integral Life Practice” - video and audio set. It looks really intriguing - and would like to know if it is worth the price, it is rather expensive.

I have been doing some research on Ken Wilber and his theories - it seems like he is both cutting edge and controversial.

I would buy it again. I-I's 3-2-1 Shadow Process has been extremely useful to me, plus the 3 body workout given is great if your in to either Yoga or Tai Chi and of course there is always big mind. Big Mind on its own if you where to order it from Genpo's Roshi's website is like $80 bucks I think, so if you start adding up the numbers  and the people it is easily worth its price. In addition purchasing the set gives access to a website and community designed to help support and track your progress. I also really like the charts that suggested other techniques that where not unique to I-I that can be used in each component of an ILP.

I hope that helps.

It is defiantly worth it.

I know ver little about Ken Wilber, but I picked up the lastest issue of  What is Enlightenment? magazine (at Borders, I think) and they have a great overview of the evolution of his work, his major ideas, and his newer Integral stuff.  It's well worth checking out.

I bought all of his books and am reading them all.  He is fascinating and controversial at times.  His intergral theory is good.

I am so excited to see this thread.  The more people learning about, reading, and practicing, Ken's ideas the better.  I discovered Ken two years ago and my world has not been the same since.  I encourage you (from a somehwat biased perspectived) to immerse as much as you can in Ken's work.  It should give you more clarity about life and reality and the absolute and religion and science and evolution and art and practice and more than anything else you can or ever have or ever will study.

 The ILP Kit is great!
