Hey,

I have never tried yoga, but i have done, and do pilates.

I also work out at the gym , doing strength training……. cardio   yuck hardly ever…..

sex is about the only cardio i would like……….. lmao

why is yoga so good??????

Well, i have actually found yoga to be good for core strength, flexibility, and balance.  But the reason i really love it is for the sense of inner peace it brings. Just focusing on your body, and your breath helps you forget about other things– and absolutely leaves you with a wonderful sense of well-being… so, i guess that is why i like it personally. =)
