Now here is one that is pure genius. Brian does a great job here, be sure to check it out. =) “Authentic Happiness by Martin Seligman, 21st century psychologist Martin Seligman is changing the world. As the former President of the American Psychological Association and Founder of the revolutionary “Positive Psychology” movement, he and his colleagues are literally creating a science of happiness. It’s amazing stuff.” |

I've started listening to Metamorphosis. I jumped around a bit listening to #30 and #31 first. but now I am on #1, which is amazing. I love how he played the Spice Girls, I thought something was wrong with the audio for a second. I'm going to have that song in my head all day, which will be a good thing. It will be my reminder to figure out what I want, what I “really, really want.” |

Yup, commute for me as well. Plus, I've got the iPod going just about anytime I've got spare time in the day. It's amazing how much audio learning you can fit into your life. I probably listen to 3-4 hours/day. Granted it's kind of my job :) but if everyone replaced half of the typically mind-numbing radio and TV with audio and video learning the world would change radically. |
