What's for dinner?

dave said Apr 18, 2006, 4:38 PM:

Hey guys–

I love finding new ideas for what to have for lunches and dinners.  I have found that listening to podcast with recipes and what not while I cook dinner gives me great ideas for the following day.

Just wanted to share a few with you, and if anyone has any other resources for this type of thing, please share!

Go to my Pod, Soul Food.

It is all about  FOOD!

People have been posting about all sorts of things, books, cookbooks, recipes, websites, you name it , we got it.

And it would be great for you to post the sites you listed there too.  The more resources we have the better!

Hey Dave, if I can be all self-promotional for a moment, we started a vegan cooking show a few weeks back, it's video, but I reckon the audio by itself would probably work for most of the recipes (that's something I'll have to think about for the next show!)  There's an RSS feed for it as well if you'd like to subscribe.

Actually HT–  learn out loud does video as well, and teach out loud supports video too!  So if you wanted to expand your audience you can feel free to go to www.teachoutloud.com and throw your cooking shows up.  You can decide how much you want to charge, or if you want it to be free that is fine too.  I would encourage you to do this because learn out loud is going thru some cool growth right now, and getting over 100k visits a month!  Would be cool for some of those peeps to check out your awesome cooking show. =)

Perhaps bundle a bunch of them together and offer the first “video cookbook”??  I think that'd be rad. =)

Hey Dave, very cool!  I went through the start of the process but it looks like we either have to make audio files or send you a DVD right now - please please please let me know when you're able to accept video file uploads!  We're defnitely planning on making a series of DVDs though, and if your team can handle the fulfilment, that'd be a great deal for everyone.

Hey HT.  We're talking about doing video uploads but aren't sure what the timeframe is on that.  Audio is definitely more our focus right now.

We can do print-on-demand DVDs right now.  Pretty basic packaging but if that doesn't matter to you we'd be happy to have you get up a product page and make your content available for sale through us.
