This room is not for discussion or posting but is our Orientation Room.

If you have recently experienced the passing of a beloved or wish to learn more about the stages of bereavement.

Please feel at home and spend a little familiarising yourself with the pod and it’s rooms before posting. It is not a complicated pod, so you should be able to find your way round quite easily. Please ask questions on the Q&A thread in the Lounge if you feel at all lost.  

If you wish to share regarding your own loss of a beloved, please feel free to join an existing thread or start a new one in any of the rooms which feels appropriate.

Please ask for support if you need to and also be there for others if you feel able to.
