Dead Again – starring Kenneth Brannah (who also directed it), Emma Thompson, and a host of other great actors – gave me goose bumps when I watched it in 1991 and it's still a favourite.
A real Hitchcok style thriller with a reincarnation theme and a great twist (or three) at the end.
