Project Camelot’s interview with David Wilcock is part of the redirection of Camelot’s energies toward the future of our planet in the years leading up to 2012. As the self-professed reincarnation of Edgar Cayce, David Wilcock is a good person to start with. In some ways, Camelot has approached David less in the traditional interview mode and more with the stance that all they had to do was to place the camera at the opportune time and place and the rest would take care of itself. And so it happened. David is extremely well-read, eloquent and dynamic and in our conversation was able to hit the ground running. I don't know what to say… maybe it's because I am a Curmudgeon… but if the Wilcock site and the site it led me to :”Interplanetary Day after Tomorrow” define what you mean by either science or mysticism, then I misunderstood what the pod was about. I confess I didn't watch the video clip, I think I would have found it painful, but I will try to find time to watch for a few minutes. This all sets my bullshit meter ringing past the redline. The “science” is selective and shallow, as is the “mysticism”. “Spiritualism” would be a better word. Sorry. This is one of my pet peeves, having been deeply interested in science and a student of mysticism for decades, this is the sandbox version. I don't want to play in the sandbox while the house is on fire.

I agree it is pretty far out there, and I wouldn't have given it much credence  either if I had not read Wilcock's  'Shift of Ages' and 'Divine Cosmos' , which very much builds on the Law of One, Ra Material.  These provide the scientific and metaphysical background and the video very much needs to be seen in that context. Apologies if I didn't make that clear in my original posting.

I agree - it did for me too. But I persevered and read 'Shift of Ages' and 'Divine Cosmos' on his web site and most of it made sense, and built on the Law of One material. It seemed to me that he wasn't trying to exploit the Cayce connection in everything he did - he made a case, put it out and has moved on. I don't have an opinion on way or another on the subject - but I do think his Shift of Ages and  Divine Cosmos are worth reading, and I shall definately see his Convergence film when it comes out. Ultimately, the video needs to be seen in context with those works and the Law of One material, and even then it is up to the individual to find what works for them or doesn't - that's why we have free will.

Jasper, what is your area of study in Archaeology? I have archaeologist friends in the Southwest, and I did some field work in Hawai'i in the early 90s. Definitely the coolest thing I ever did for money.
