Pilates saved my dance career. After being injured in a car accident caused by a drunk driver who had no insurance and my own PIP insurance ran out (in Florida there is a cap at $10,000), I could not afford physical therapy, since I couldn’t work as a massage therapist or dance due to my injuries. I bought a DVD on Pilates and started doing it. To my amazement it really helped aleviate my pain and started helping me lose the weight I was gaining from not being able to dance. I decided to get certified and it has totally changed my life. No wonder so many dancers have turned to this excellent exercise and fitness regimin! Thank you Joe!
