Since alcoholism and alcohol abuse is such an big issue and may effect many of us, a good book I read is "Adult Children of Alcoholics" by Janet Geringer Woititz, Ed.D. This one really helped me to understand some of my friends and family members behaviors. One I started once upon a time and have yet to finish is "Healing the Child Within" a book of discovery and recovery for adult children of dysfunctional families by Charles L.Whitfield, M.D. He says 85-95% of our families are dysfunctional.

Hi ayla, thanks for the complement, well I think so? But I do not resonate well to cute when it comes to referring to me. For some reason being called cute has negative feedback on me. I have talk to other girls and asked them why they call me cute and I really did not get a definitive answer. Do women find men attractive when they represent them as being cute, or is it a way of demeaning a mans masculinity? We all have are pet-peeves and being called cute has always bothered me.
