Ugh. I've been dealing with my depression since I was 12. And although I am still relatively young (ahem, 16), nothing seems to work for me. Although medication makes my 'ups and downs' less often, the 'downs' always seems to get better, and then take a dramatic dip downward. I don't know what to do for myself. I've switched to an art school, I've tried to think happier, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions? Depression is so difficult to deal with, it is very hard to stand it day after day.
