The Rhodiola Revolution

A few years ago I was put in touch with a doctor of alternative medicine, Dr. Richard Brown. During the course of our converstaion he mentioned a herb to me which he thought would benefit me greatly. The herb is called Rhodiola, an adaptogen in the Ginseng family. 

Not being one to take new supplements  without doing thorough research I got to work. Besides reading Dr. Brown's book, The Rhodiola Revolution I also found many articles and studies to back up the health claims of this poweful herb.

I started taking Rhodiola about a year and a half ago and the results I have gotten have been outstanding. My concentration has improved, my physical stamina has increased and it has helped to foster a general feeling of wellbeing. Many of my friends  now swear by Rhodiola as they too have felt a difference within just a few weeks.

Note: Not all Rhodiola is created equally. Look for brands that contain high levels of Rosavins made by reputable companies. My favorite brand of Rhodiola is made by           New Chapter
