Hi, I do not have anything to offer, yet. But I do know people that do. Marcella is a great person to check out but she is not part of this group. Does that matter? I believe that what I do is help others in my own way by sending light when I can.

I don't offer a service around lightwork. However, I do offer a reference guide I wrote while inspired by the light. As a backgounder: my mother has been a depressed individual all my life. I grew up vegetarian by choice; I didn't like the texture of meat. However, my parents never researched the kinds of things I would need to be eating for proper nutrition; I grew up on white minute-rice, bread, sugary cereals and snacks, and various other forms of junk food. I was spacey, easily provoked to tears, and depressed as a teen.

Since I've been a webmaster and writer for a wellness company, I've been learning of the importance of antioxidants and essential fatty acids. I started asking myself how many vitamins actually contribute to depression when they are deficient in the body. So I started writing a book. I dreamed of having an online business that practically ran itself and didn't depend on the weather, like our other business. That dream fueled me to keep going when I didn't want to keep going. I've finished that book now, and I started with the basic idea in Jan. 08. It's 59 pages packed with information about depression, the vitamins that are essential to keeping depression away, amino acid lessons, essential fatty acid lesson, and five other ways people end up sad for no reason. (thyroiditis, subluxation, candida…etc).

I went on a learning journey to make this book, and though I'm not a nutritionist, I've propelled my knowledge of general nutrition forward exponentially. To read more about it, see the main sales page:

I am a vegetarian too… by choice of religion ;-)
although i am SOOO glad that i have never ever tasted meat and or had an intent to try it…
the smoke from a barbecue alway raises the hair on my back..

anyway…

Jessica, I find it a beautiful work and website. I know how much effort you've put into this; but also how joyfully you've given this gift. 
Suggestion- also offer it on E-Bay if it's possible; so that more people know about it. And have a blog related to your website.

Meenakshi: Thank you very much. I considered Ebay, but then thought it has to be a physical product. I don't do very much on ebay except buy used cellphones when the old one breaks. Are people offering digital products there?
I do run a blog on the same domain as the book, but go figure, I haven't talked up the book there except for one or two posts back in March! I have placed an ad in the sidebar. It's time to write some more about it:

my Twitter id is “liveonpurpose”. The vegetarian board might be a good place, however I do mention buying organic meats, and animal products are all over the list of foods the vitamins are found in. I reserved a chapter for vegetarians and vegans within Sad for no Reason.  Thanks for your efforts!

J~E~S~S you can sell your info product on eBay. It is very common.

Be sure to list your blog URL and your book URL in the listing. ~KES mentioned Twitter, also list your Twitter address in your eBay listing.

Remember that eBay owns PayPal. You already have it set up with them getting the URL from the PayPal “Thank You” page, that works great with eBay.

I believe that if a person is struggling through their problems with no progress for months and months, they really need to look at their diet. I've read many case stories from eating disorder clinics and dietitians, and psychotherapists! The most striking change can happen in a stagnated patient when they add the right amino acid to boost the neurotransmitter production their body needs the most. Suddenly, the patient can now see problems from a different angle, they lose their irritability, they regain their love for things once loved. A boost in nutrition becomes the jumper cable their body needs to get a jump-start!

Diet is indeed very important….
In some of the Holistic Classes I took at the UNM, we focused largley on the fact that over %60 of chronic disease could have been or be prevented, and the conditions even reversed through proper Diet AND Physical Fitness.

Honestly, the travels.  I've been using social networks to meet people and make connections.  It was only after I started traveling in Spain that I realized that I needed to update my website to reflect all that I can teach, in  both languages.  The website has only really been live for about two months.  Before that, it was all word of mouth or online connections.

Hello Everyone,
